Are there any further requirements from my side in case I make a deposit using my bank account?

After completing the steps outlined under the FAQ: How can I make a deposit into my account? you will be given the payment details on how to proceed with an online payment or transfer from your bank account to BDSwiss’s bank account.

Once the transaction is complete, we suggest that you either upload or email the payment confirmation to us showing the following:

• The bank account number.
• Bank account holder’s name (this should match the name used during registration).
• Payment details.

 
Your transfer should be processed within 2-5 business days from the date the funds were sent from your account. If your deposit takes longer than 5 business days please contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected].
